The Downtown Home Tour is an all-day tour of private residences and apartments. It will also feature some properties available for sale or lease.
This bi-annual spring time tour includes a variety of unique architectural styles and beautifully decorated home sites that include urban dwellings, elegant traditional single family homes, work/live townhomes, new apartments, an exciting penthouse and even a bird’s eye view with sweeping views across Greensboro from a luxury skyscraper condominium site.
The “behind the scenes” home tour is organized by Downtown Greensboro Incorporated. As an added bonus, tour goers can take advantage of exclusive discounts at downtown restaurants, shops and professional services.
Admission: $12.50 in advance. A limited number of tickets will be available on the day of the tour for $15.

Volunteers Needed: Sign up to be a volunteer, 2 shifts available, 9:45am-1:00pm and 12:45pm-4:00pm, at Downtown Home Tour – Volunteer
