A Sweet Success! Bakery

Made to order bakery, we provide fresh high quality desserts for both wholesale vendors such as retirement communities, coffee shops, and colleges as well as individual customers for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, dessert bars, and muffins. The Bakery provides members the opportunity to develop pre-vocational skills that are transferable to other employers and create employment opportunities. The Bakery assists clients with vocational aspirations and goals by providing gainful employment opportunities. Currently, Sanctuary House has contracts with several large local establishments including Guilford College, Iron Hen, Green Bean, Pennybryn Maryfield and Wellspring Retirement. Not only are our desserts delicious, but A Sweet Success is unique from any bakery in Greensboro because we provide one-on-one job training for adults with special needs, and 100% of our proceeds are donated to Sanctuary House, a local day program for adults with mental illness.
