Crafted, The Art of the Taco (Crafted) offers a menu of gourmet, made-from-scratch tacos including braised beef or chicken, pulled pork, shrimp ceviche, fish and meat substitutes seitan and "chofu." Two tacos come with a side and are served plain or in the traditional way, which is topped with radishes, cilantro, avocado and red onion. Or choose from specialty tacos that include beef brisket topped with grilled pineapple, chorizo and scrambled egg or beer battered fish. Our tag line is 'We are not a Mexican restaurant.
